Software AG confirms receipt of another non-binding expression of interest from Rocket Software, a US competitor controlled by Bain Capital
Software AG (the "Company"; Frankfurt TecDAX®: ISIN DE000A2GS401) confirms that Rocket Software, a US competitor controlled by Bain Capital, has submitted a revised legally non-binding expression of interest to acquire up to 100 percent of the Company's shares at an indicative offer price of €34.00.
