Change in the Management Board of Software AG
Software AG (Frankfurt MDAX: SOW) announced that Dr. Elke Frank, Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Management Board, has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities, effective October 31st, 2022.
Dr. Elke Frank was appointed to Software AG's Management Board in August 2019. In this role, she was responsible for the development and restructuring of Human Resources and IT, for shaping the People & Culture agenda and the Helix transformation project office. In addition, the legal department was under her management.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Software AG are very grateful for the work Elke delivered during her time at Software AG and wish her the best in all her future plans and endeavors. Ursula Porth will temporarily assume the responsibility for the Human Resources organization.
